MLC offers private, short-term lending to clients and/ or projects on an as-needed basis.

Funds are typ­i­cal­ly placed for a peri­od of three months to three years and are often in con­junc­tion with a long-term equi­ty placement.

As of Jan­u­ary 2024, MLC cur­rent­ly has four­teen (14) place­ments of funds.
